-Eligibility for Return/Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, you must request a refund within 7 days of your e-Course purchase and not completed 10% of the course. 

After 7 days or , if you passed the 10% no refunds will be granted.

- Refund Conditions:

We will issue a full refund if:

a. You have not completed more than 10% of the e-Course content.

b. You have not downloaded any course materials or certificates.

c. You have not violated our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct.

d. You have not engaged in any fraudulent activities.

How to Request a Refund:

- Processing Time:

Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days. If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 10-14 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

-Exceptions:

-Course Access After Refund:

If your refund request is approved, your access to the e-Course will be revoked, and you will no longer be able to access the course content or materials.
